Webhooks
Dutavo posts a signed JSON event to your endpoint when a customer messages you, a message changes state, or Meta updates a template. Every attempt is recorded here with its payload, so you can see exactly what your server received.
You cannot manage webhooks
Webhook endpoints receive every message this workspace sends and receives, so only owners and admins can change them. Ask one of them to add yours.
