Who can get into this workspace, what each of them is allowed to do, and how they sign in.
You cannot manage the team
Only owners and admins can see who is in this workspace and change what they can do. Ask one of them if you need something changed. The roles below explain what each role is allowed to do.
Two-factor authentication
—
Invite a teammate
Dutavo does not email invites — you get a link to send them yourself.
This link works once and expires soon. Send it to them yourself.
Pending invites
Resending mints a new link and stops the old one working.
Members
Suspending someone signs them out everywhere and keeps their account.
Roles and permissions
Four roles, from most to least. You can only give someone a role at or below your own.
Owner
owner
Runs the workspace and answers for it.
Everything an admin can do.
Set rules that bind the whole workspace — for example requiring two-factor authentication from everyone.
Change the plan, the payment details and who gets the invoices.
Nothing is held back from an owner.
A workspace always keeps at least one owner. The last one cannot be demoted, suspended or removed.
Every permission, including tenant:manage
Admin

Invite people, change their roles, suspend and remove them.
Connect WhatsApp numbers, and manage API keys and webhooks.

Read analytics and the activity log, and change workspace settings and billing.
Change workspace-wide security rules such as requiring two-factor authentication for everyone.
Every permission except tenant:manage
Agent

Talks to customers.

Re-opt a contact back in after they replied STOP.
Run campaigns, manage numbers, keys, webhooks, the team, billing or settings.
